Following a successful season managing the entire Club facility for the first time, coupled with increased player numbers in both junior and senior comps plus a long-sought after A-grade grand final win, we are now preparing for the upcoming 2025/26 season by conducting our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙈𝙄𝙏𝙏𝙀𝙀 𝙋𝙊𝙎𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎
Nominations will be open for ALL current Committee positions:
– President
– Vice President
– Secretary
– Treasurer
– Club Operations & Events Manager
– Sponsorship Coordinator
– Junior Coordinator
– Social Events Coordinator
– Association Delegate
Additional Committee positions, such as Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary, may also be called for at the meeting (NB: Committee Members may hold more than 1 position but have the power of 1 vote only).
The Chairperson will call for verbal nominations at the AGM, however if you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to nominate for a position, please email 𝘮𝘱𝘤𝘤_𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘴@𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬.𝘤𝘰𝘮 no less than 48hrs prior to the meeting.
If you wish to nominate someone else for a position, please ensure you have their consent to do so if they are unable to attend the AGM in person.
